Understanding Autism Spectrum Disorder in Adults

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) can present differently in adults, particularly in women, and may have gone undiagnosed throughout childhood. Through a comprehensive evaluation, I help adults uncover the reasons behind challenges they’ve faced in relationships, work, and life. My approach is compassionate, validating, and aimed at providing clarity, so you can better understand your experiences and take actionable steps moving forward.

What to Expect from Your Adult Autism Evaluation

First Appointment

The first appointment will be conducted via telehealth and lasts around two hours. During this session, we’ll gather background information and discuss how symptoms have affected your life. Afterward, I will send you a link to a questionnaire that should be completed on a laptop or desktop during the session.

Second Appointment

The second appointment, also via telehealth, is typically 45 minutes. During this session, we’ll review the report, discuss your diagnosis, and go over recommendations and treatment plans. This follow-up is usually scheduled 1-3 weeks after the first appointment.
